Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use our platform:
- Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and DOT number, and commercial driver’s license (CDL) information collected when you request quotes or apply for coverage
- Business information including company name, address, and fleet details
- Vehicle information such as VINs, year, make, and model
- Insurance and coverage preferences
- Payment information, which is processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we do not store your card numbers
- Usage data and device information collected automatically when you visit our website — including your IP address, device and browser identifiers, cookie identifiers, and the pages you view — through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below)
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you (forms, calls, and applications); automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website; and from our service providers and advertising partners.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide insurance quotes from multiple carriers
- Process policy requests and applications
- Communicate with you about our services
- Improve our platform and user experience
- With your consent, deliver and measure advertising for our services, including through the advertising partners described in this policy
- Comply with legal obligations
Information Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Insurance carriers to generate quotes and process policies
- Our third-party payment processor, to handle transactions
- Service providers who help operate our platform — including hosting and infrastructure providers, our CRM and marketing-automation provider, form and workflow processors, and email-delivery providers, each under contracts limiting their use of your information
- Partner insurance agencies who may be able to offer you additional coverage options — however, we will always ask for your explicit consent before sharing your information with any partner agency
- Advertising and analytics partners — only with your consent — including Meta (Facebook), TikTok, Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Bing Advertising), and HubSpot. These partners receive limited identifiers (such as cookie identifiers, IP address, and device information) and internet-activity information (such as the pages you view on our site) to deliver and measure advertising. This disclosure may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; see “Your California Privacy Rights” below for how to opt out.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable (see “Sensitive Personal Information” below)
- The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. With your consent, we share limited personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out of this sharing at any time, as described in “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” below
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
You may exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@logrock.com or (504) 318-7146. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with your written permission and verification of identity. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days (extendable by up to 45 additional days with notice).
Residents of other states may have similar rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise your rights.
Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)
Our website recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a frictionless manner. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information linked to your browser: advertising and analytics cookies remain disabled and no personal information is shared with advertising partners for that browser, without any further action required from you.
To learn more about GPC or to obtain a participating browser or extension, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California law gives you the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information and of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor this right in four ways: (1) our cookie banner asks for your consent before any advertising or analytics cookies are set; (2) you can change your choice at any time via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our site footer; (3) we automatically honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above; and (4) you may contact us using the details below.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We may share your information with partner insurance agencies in exchange for referral compensation, but we will never do so without your explicit consent. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. To opt out or if you have concerns about how your data is being shared, please contact us at privacy@logrock.com or call (504) 318-7146.

Sensitive Personal Information
In the course of providing insurance quotes and processing applications, we collect commercial driver’s license (CDL) information, which is “sensitive personal information” under California law. We use and disclose this information only as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request — for example, submitting it to insurance carriers to generate quotes and process policies — and for the limited purposes permitted by the CCPA regulations. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
- SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Secure payment processing through our third-party payment processor
- Access controls to limit who can view your information
- Regular security reviews and updates
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for business operations and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies, which are necessary for the site to function (for example, storing your consent preferences and providing security). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our platform so we can improve it. These are set only with your consent.
- Advertising cookies, set by our advertising partners (Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot) to deliver and measure advertising. These are set only with your consent.
When you first visit our site, non-essential cookies and trackers are blocked until you make a choice in our consent banner (implemented with Google Consent Mode and tag-level consent controls). You can accept, deny, or customize categories, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. A detailed list of the specific cookies and providers we use is available on our cookie policy page.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
