Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Logrock platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Logrock provides a technology platform to request and compare trucking insurance quotes from multiple carriers. Insurance policies and services are written and administered through CSLR Insurance Services LLC, a licensed insurance agency and wholly owned subsidiary of Logrock Inc. CSLR Insurance Services LLC facilitates the connection between you and insurance carriers. Neither Logrock Inc. nor CSLR Insurance Services LLC is an insurer and neither underwrites policies.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms and applications

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

• Not misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

Communications Consent

By providing your contact information and using our services, you expressly consent to be contacted by Logrock Inc. and CSLR Insurance Services LLC, including their agents and service providers, for transactional, operational, and account-related purposes.

These communications may be delivered via:

• Phone calls (including calls made using automated technology or artificial/prerecorded voice systems, including AI-generated voice calls)

• Text messages (SMS/MMS)

• Email

Such communications may include, but are not limited to:

• Application status updates

• Quote-related communications

• Policy servicing and support

• Appointment reminders

• Payment notifications and confirmations

• Account verification or security alerts

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” and opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link provided.

Consent to receive transactional or operational communications is not a condition of purchase, but certain communications may be necessary to provide requested services.

If you separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional communications, those will be governed by additional consent terms presented at the time of opt-in.

Insurance Quotes

Quotes provided through our platform are estimates and are subject to underwriter review. Final pricing may vary based on verification of the information you provide. Quotes are not binding until confirmed by the carrier and payment is processed. Quote availability and pricing depend on carrier underwriting criteria and may change without notice.

Payments

Payments are usually made by Users to the Insurance Carrier, but we also accept direct agency payments. In this last situation, pre-authorization holds are placed on your payment method via Stripe when you select a quote. Charges are only captured after underwriter approval of your policy. By using our payment features, you authorize Logrock and its payment processor to process payments as described. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Logrock platform are owned by Logrock Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logrock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee coverage availability or specific pricing. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing carrier. Logrock makes no representations regarding the suitability of any particular insurance product for your needs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
